This policy explains what personal data PrintColorThink ("we", "us") collects when you visit our websites (printcolorthink.com and its subdomains, such as bloodmoon.printcolorthink.com) or buy our digital products, and how we use it. Contact: contact@printcolorthink.com.
1. Data we collect
- Order data — when you buy or download a product, our payment/sales partner collects your email address, order details and payment information. We receive your email and order details so we can deliver files and provide support. We never see or store your full card details — payment is handled entirely by the payment provider.
- Contact data — if you email us or request a free model, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Usage & analytics data — we use analytics and session tools (including Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our pages: pages viewed, clicks, approximate location (country level), device/browser info and session interactions such as heatmaps and session replays. This helps us improve the site.
- Advertising & measurement data — we use advertising pixels from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and Google to measure the performance of our ad campaigns (for example, which products were viewed or purchased after seeing an ad) and to show relevant ads. These pixels may set cookies and share limited event data — such as page views, product views, checkouts and purchases, plus device/browser information and online identifiers — with those platforms.
- Cookies & similar technologies — our sites and our partners use cookies and local storage for essential functionality (e.g. cart selections), analytics and advertising as described above. You can accept or decline non-essential (analytics/advertising) cookies through the consent banner on our sites; in the EEA, UK and Switzerland these are set to denied until you opt in.
2. How we use data
- To deliver the digital products you purchased and provide customer support;
- To send you the free model you requested and, if you opted in, occasional news about new releases (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- To improve our products and websites (aggregated analytics);
- To measure and improve our advertising — understanding which ads lead to visits and purchases, and showing relevant ads on Meta, TikTok and Google — subject to your cookie choices;
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations (handled mainly by our payment partner).
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that make the store work:
- Payment / sales platform — processes payments, taxes and delivery as merchant of record (their own privacy policy applies to the checkout);
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve our websites and files;
- Analytics & advertising partners — Microsoft Clarity (privacy statement), Google Analytics & Google Ads (Google privacy policy), Meta / Facebook Pixel (Meta privacy policy) and the TikTok Pixel (TikTok privacy policy). These partners process the event and device data described above to provide measurement and advertising services;
- Email providers used to deliver transactional messages.
4. International transfers
We are based in Brazil and our providers may process data in other countries (e.g. the US or EU). We rely on our providers' safeguards and standard contractual protections for such transfers.
5. Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for support, accounting and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's default retention. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and Brazil's LGPD), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 7. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and least-access practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data proportionally to the risk.
8. Children
Our products are intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version with its effective date will always be published on this page.
