PrintColorThink

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 2, 2026

1. Who we are

PrintColorThink ("PrintColorThink", "we", "us") creates and sells digital 3D-printable miniature files (STL and related formats) for tabletop gaming, painting and display, through this website and our product pages (including collection sites such as bloodmoon.printcolorthink.com). You can reach us any time at contact@printcolorthink.com.

By purchasing, downloading or using our files, you agree to these Terms.

2. What you are buying

Our products are digital files (e.g. .stl), delivered by download. Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages describe what each pack contains — typically a pre-supported version, an unsupported version and a printing guide. Printed results depend on your printer, materials and settings, which are outside our control.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

4. Delivery

Files are delivered digitally, normally immediately after payment, via a download link and/or your account on the sales platform. If you do not receive your files, contact us at contact@printcolorthink.com and we will make sure you get what you paid for.

5. License — personal use

When you buy a file you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license. You may:

6. Intellectual property

All models, artwork, renders, product names and lore (including the Blood Moon Covenant collection) are the intellectual property of PrintColorThink and/or its creators, protected by copyright law. Purchasing a file transfers a license to use it as described above — not ownership of the underlying work.

7. Refunds

Refunds for digital products are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to access files you have not purchased, circumvent technical protections, or use our content in ways that infringe these Terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Files are provided "as is". We test our models, but we cannot guarantee results on every printer, resin, filament or slicer configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintColorThink is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law grants you in your country.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always available at this page with its effective date. Material changes apply to purchases made after they are published.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions? contact@printcolorthink.com.
