We want you to be happy with every model you buy. Our products are digital files delivered instantly, which shapes how refunds work — but we review every request fairly and quickly.

Because digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, by completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery, which may waive statutory withdrawal rights where applicable (e.g. in the EU/UK). This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights in your country — where the law grants you a refund right, it prevails.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email contact@printcolorthink.com within 14 days of purchase;
  2. Include the email used at checkout, the product name and a short description of the issue (screenshots or slicer logs help us fix problems fast);
  3. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by our payment partner to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. A note on chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve almost everything faster and without stress. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered digital goods may result in loss of access to future purchases.
