Refund Policy
Effective date: July 2, 2026
We want you to be happy with every model you buy. Our products are digital files delivered instantly, which shapes how refunds work — but we review every request fairly and quickly.
1. When we refund
Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you if:
- The files are corrupted, incomplete or unprintable and we cannot provide a working replacement;
- The product is materially different from its description on the product page;
- You were charged twice or bought the same product twice by mistake (e.g. a model you already owned inside a pack);
- The purchase was unauthorized (in coordination with the payment provider).
2. When we normally don't refund
- Change of mind after the files have been downloaded;
- Print results caused by printer, resin/filament or slicer settings on your side — but talk to us first: our printing guide and support can usually fix it;
- Free products.
Because digital content is delivered immediately after purchase, by completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery, which may waive statutory withdrawal rights where applicable (e.g. in the EU/UK). This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights in your country — where the law grants you a refund right, it prevails.
3. How to request a refund
- Email contact@printcolorthink.com within 14 days of purchase;
- Include the email used at checkout, the product name and a short description of the issue (screenshots or slicer logs help us fix problems fast);
- We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by our payment partner to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. A note on chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve almost everything faster and without stress. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered digital goods may result in loss of access to future purchases.
